The Generalized Maintenance Schedule

We’ve provided a suggested maintenance schedule for you to see what your car might need right now — and in the future.

The General Maintenance schedule ensures your car stays healthy with an oil, lube and filter inspection every 5,000 to 6,000 kilometres with more major inspections and replacements at increasing intervals. For instance, every 24,000 kilometres we’ll inspect all of your car’s major operating systems to keep it running safely and efficiently. And, of course, this inspection can happen when you bring your car in for its oil, lube and filter.

Every make and model is slightly different. If you have any questions about the types of service that, say, your Infiniti G35 or Nissan 370Z might need, compared to an Acura Integra or Toyota FJ, just give us a call or write us an email and we’ll help you keep it all straight.

Moving Beyond Maintenance to Peak Performance

Once you have your car on a healthy maintenance schedule we encourage you to take a peek at some of our performance upgrades. Maintenance Schedule

Basic Preventative/Scheduled Maintenance intervals are recommended by the industry to ensure continued, reliable operation of your vehicle. These typically fall into four basic service levels which repeat over the life of your vehicle:

1. Minor Vehicle Service Interval (approx. every 5,000 - 6,000 KM)
   ~ Basic fluids & filters, general vehicle inspection
2. Intermediate Vehicle Service Interval (approx. every 10,000 - 12,000 KM)
   ~ Basic fluids & filters, tire rotation and complete inspection of undercar systems
3. Major Vehicle Service Interval (approx. every 20,000 - 24,000 KM)
   ~ Occurs at manufacturers recommended intervals and includes a comprehensive service of all major vehicle operating systems and an accompanying comprehensive vehicle inspection
4. Specific Periodic Vehicle Services (as required)
   ~ Certain system maintenance does not occur at every interval and needs to be addressed individually at the appropriate intervals (eg. Timing Belts, Transmission, Fuel Injection).
